Text Box:   Coaches Corner   The best players are those who do their best and try the hardest.   I like players who DO THEIR SCHOOL HOMEWORK. I like players who READ BOOKS. I like players who make “A’s.” I like players who make “B’s” instead of “C’s” because they REALLY TRIED THEIR BEST.   I like players who hustle. I like players who run instead of walking … just for the fun of it. I like players who congratulate their teammates for their efforts, even when they fail. I like players who cheer for their teammates (and their opponent) when she makes a great play or gets a good hit! I like players who cheer for an in injured player -- both a Cheetah and an opposing player. I like players who say “thank you” and “you're welcome !” I like players who are confident and who respect but are not afraid of their coaches or players on the other team. I like players who are silly when it’s time to be silly and focused when it’s time to be serious. I like players who, when they make a mistake in a game or strike out not to worry about it. I like players who smile a lot. I like players who are happy.  I like players who love the game of S-O-F-T-B-A-L-L !  Go Cheetahs !
